  My wife and I were in a very tight situation. We needed to purchase a property before the end of 2017 as we were not New Zealand residents yet. After trying unsuccessfully with a couple of banks to get a mortgage on our own, we came across Craig Pope Mortgages, and he managed to pull off nothing short of a miracle. We got our first step on the property ladder, and I am sure this would not have been possible without Craig and his team.
  As this was the first time we purchased any property, Craig was very patient and responsive to all our inquiries which I can imagine at some points might have been too much.
  
  I'd just like to take this opportunity to once again thank Craig for coming through for us, and I would encourage anyone who thinks they're not going to be able to get a mortgage, to just give Craig a call!
